The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions and assist with any needs I had. The restaurant in the hotel served delicious food, and the waiters were attentive and friendly. The pool was a great place to relax and have fun, with clean water and comfortable lounge chairs.
One downside was the noise level in the hotel. There were times when the noise from outside, particularly from other guests, was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to sleep at night.

Had a great stay at Suites El Paseo! The architecture and gardens were simply stunning. The pool was just right, not too cold or warm. The suite in the Chihuahua building was spacious with a huge TV and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. Having a mini fridge and microwave was perfect for traveling with kids. The breakfast buffet at the on-site restaurant had a wide selection. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful architecture and landscaped gardens, perfect for family holidays. The pool area was great and offered a refreshing dip in the heat of summer. Room size was a definite plus with two rooms, one with a massive TV and large bathroom containing a jacuzzi and bidet.
Some of the facilities were not always clean, and the jacuzzi was out of order during our stay. However, the hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to computer issues.
